A typical air source heat pump installation takes 2–3 days for the external unit, pipework, cylinder and controls. Where additional work such as radiator upgrades or underfloor heating is required, the programme is longer. We'll give you a full schedule before work starts.

Heat pumps are low maintenance by nature. An annual service — checking refrigerant levels, cleaning filters and inspecting the unit — is recommended. We offer aftercare support and can set up a maintenance schedule to keep your system running efficiently and warranty-valid.
