Our client in Canterbury really wanted underfloor heating to the ground floor of their property but they did not want the upheaval or costs involved with excavating the entire ground floor up to a depth of 300mm. We advised on an ultra modern form of retro fitting underfloor heating into the screed. The screed is milled out in a completely dust free manner. Underfloor heating pipes installed into controllable zones at a fraction of the cost of conventional methods.
